Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Season chicken with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in oven-safe skillet. Sear chicken 3-4 minutes per side.
Remove chicken and set aside.
Add potatoes to skillet with remaining oil. Cook 5 minutes.
Add green beans, garlic, lemon juice, and zest.
Return chicken to skillet and transfer to oven.
Bake 15-20 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F.
